Cut calories with these yummy muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon orange zest
5 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Fold in egg whites then vanilla extract.
3. Add blueberries careful to not over mix.
4. Pour in to cupcake paper lined muffin tins.
5. Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.
