a mainstay....have this soup everyday...switch out some of the ingredients for subtle changes.
Ingredients:
2 medium onions
2 cups celery
8 cloves garlic
6 cups kale
24 oz tomato puree
1 medium rutabaga
2 bell peppers
4 bouillon cubes
4 large carrots
1 1/2 gal water
Directions:
1. Chop all the vegetables and add to pot with bouillon cubes, s and p, basil, hot peppers, etc. Top off with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil.
