Low-Cal Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Very easy, fantastic dip, and best of all, low in fat and calories! Serve in a hollowed out red pepper with sliced carrots, celery, broccoil, green or red peppers and whole wheat crackers. Preparation time includes chilling time.
Ingredients:
2 cups roasted red peppers
1 cup miracle whip calorie-wise
1/2 cup kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
2 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
2 cups baby carrots
1 cup broccoli, chopped
4 celery ribs, sliced into 3 inch pieces
1 green pepper, sliced
Directions:
1. Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. Cut top off red pepper, remove seeds and membrane, wash and dry. Spoon dip into hollowed red pepper, chill in refrigerator 1 hour. Serve with cut veggies and crackers for dipping.
