low cal whole wheat/oat/cornmeal pancakes w/ applesauce and egg whites
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 egg whites
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients and wet separately, then mix them together and cook on greased skillet.
