Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups water
1 pinch kosher salt
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cook overnight (6-8h) on low. Serve with more sugar-free syrup and a small dab of butter or margarine.
