easy and very good. The smoked bacon adds extra flavor.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb hickory smoked bacon
4 green onions
1 teaspoon black pepper (fresh ground if you have a mill)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Lay green onion on chicken breast.
2. add garlic and pepper.
3. wrap chicken with bacon.
4. place in baking dish.
5. pour lemon juice over top of chicken.
6. cover dish with foil.
7. bake at 325 for 20 min.
8. uncover and bake at 400 for 5-10 min until bacon crips up.
