This is the most healthy, flavorful flour mix you will ever encounter!!! Called 13 for it's 13 components. I use it all the time, but I recommend mixing it at least half with regular flour or you are able to end up with an unrisable BLOB! Try if you may though. On occasion it has worked for me...Moody little four!
Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 1/2 cups barley flour
3 cups oat flour
2 1/2 cups rye flour
2 cups buckwheat flour
1 1/2 cups soy flour
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup wheat gluten
1/4 cup wheat germ (toasted)
1/4 cup cracked wheat (ground, toasted)
1/4 cup almonds (ground, toasted)
1/4 cup flax seed (ground, toasted)
1/4 cup millet (ground, toasted)
Directions:
1. Combine all well.
2. Store a small amount in a jar at room temperature.
3. Keep remaining in a well sealed jar in the freezer. Will keep for several months.
