My own Taramasalata...
Ingredients:
1 potato
2 1/2 ounces red caviar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice of
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/4 onion (grated)
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
fresh pita bread
Directions:
1. Boil potato until tender.
2. Drain. Peel. Rice.
3. Stir in the caviar.
4. Blend oil in with a mixer until smooth.
5. Stir in lemon juice, yogurt and onion.
6. Season.
7. Serve with pita.
