My Jewish mother-in-law's recipe for noodle pudding. Delicious. I also add 1/2 cup raisins for a sweet touch.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb wide egg noodles
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (1/4 pound)
butter
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water 10 minutes. Drain.
2. In a large bowl thoroughly mix noodles with the next 9 ingredients.
3. Press into a buttered pudding dish. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until brown.
