Depends on what kind of cookie cutters you use as to how many this will make.
Ingredients:
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sour cream
5-6 c. flour (until desired consistency for rolling

1. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and sour cream. Mix in dry ingredients. Cover and
2. refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Roll out dough to a 1/4 to 3/8 inch thickness using a
3. generous amount of flour. Cut out shapes and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 minutes.
4. Cool on wire rack. Frost and decorate as desired
