Locarb Flax Meal Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 5 eggs , large
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Add wet ingredients
  3. Mix thoroughly and spread on a silicon mat on a baking sheet, or use oiled parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes.
  5. When it's done, the center should spring bake slightly when touched.
  6. Cut after allowing to set 20 minutes.
