Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of water. Drain.
  2. Combine onions, garlic, capers, olives, and olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and cook until onions become translucent. Add crushed red pepper, white wine, and water and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add tomatoes with liquid and oregano and thyme, and simmer for 2-5 minutes. Add the lobster meat and cook 2 minutes. Stir in basil and parsley. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in about a quarter of the sauce in with the pasta. Serve pasta on individual plates and spoon the remaining sauce over the pasta. Have grated Parmesan to pass at the table.
