Lobster Cream Cheese Logs

This is really great for a snack served before the main course
Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 each 8 oz. package refrigerator crescent rolls
1 each egg, beaten
1 tablespoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, lobster and salt. Divide between four rectangular-shaped rolls.
2. Spread mixture evenly on rolls. Roll from long side. Cut into four pieces.
3. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.
4. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 10 minutes or until browned.
