From Backyard Living Magazine. It's easy and delicious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
3 green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (1 1/2-2 lb) beef flank steak, 1 . 5 to 2 lbs |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. 2. Cut a deep slit in the steak, forming a pocket. 3. Stuff butter mixture into slit. 4. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. 5. To serve, slice thinly across grain. |
