This salad dressing is equal to the taste of Miracle, but it has half the calories. You can use Egg Beaters instead of fresh eggs and you don't have to add the butter to trim a few ore calories. The servings are tablespoons. Thin the dressing for salads-add other flavors, etc. to make interesting salad dressings.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons splenda
4 tsp flour
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 teaspoons butter
Directions:
1. Whip the egg yolks and then add the water. Add the salt, Splenda, vinegar and dry mustard. Blend thoroughly.
2. Cook at 60% power in the microwave about 5 minutes. Half way through whip the dressing until smooth.
3. Add about 1/4 cup water to the flour. Stir to be lump free. Add the flour mixture to the dressing. Beat until smooth a d then continue to cook on 60% power until very thick. Stop as before and whip smooth.
4. At the end stir in the 2 teaspoons of butter.
