Ingredients:
500 g beef mince
75 g soy protein
2 onions
2 green peppers
4 cloves garlic
220 g kidney beans
200 g dried white beans
100 g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
2 stock cubes
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 hot peppers
Directions:
1. Dry fry mince beef
2. Add chopped onions, garlic and peppers
3. Add mushrooms and tomatoes
4. Add presoaked soya protein
5. Add canned kidney beans
6. Add soaked white beans microwaved for 20 minutes
7. Add stock, puree and chilli flakes
8. Cook for 2 hours
