Cabbage Soup recipe from Fast Track Detox Diet
Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage
1 cup carrots
6 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 zucchini
196 g squash, summer (yellow) ( 1 medium)
28 oz canned whole tomatoes
28 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
28 oz tomato puree
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup basil
Directions:
1. Place vegetables, tomatoes and tomato puree and 6 cups filtered water in a large stockpot; bring to a boil and cover.
2. Lower heat and simmer until veggies are soft (not mushy)-about an hour.
3. Add herbs and salt or cayenne to taste.
