Liver And Mushroom Dip

Great dips!!
Ingredients:
4 tbs butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb chicken livers
1 small can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Add the butter to a frying pan and saute the chicken livers until brown then place them on a chopping board and chop them up finely. Place the livers in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients adding just enough mayonnaise to make a dip consistency. Serve the Liver and Mushroom Dip with cracker biscuits.
