1. Add the butter to a frying pan and saute the chicken livers until brown then place them on a chopping board and chop them up finely. Place the livers in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients adding just enough mayonnaise to make a dip consistency. Serve the Liver and Mushroom Dip with cracker biscuits. 2.
