I found this recipe years ago in a cookbook from one of the local churches. It's easy and so good. One of my family's favorites.
Ingredients:
3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish and top with green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
