Little Bit of This and That |

I have always wanted a barbeque sauce with some tanginess and heat. So I took a little bit of this and a little bit that to create a great bbq sauce for ribs and chicken Ingredients:
14 ounces ketchup |
1/8 cup honey |
1/4 cup dark brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 jalapeno chiles (sliced) |
1 serrano pepper (slice) |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a small sauce pot. Place over high heat and cover only taking the lid off to stir the contents. Cook for 35-40 minutes stirring occasionally. Once done let it cool and pour into a mason jar for safe keepings. |
