An open face tuna salad sandwich that is so filling for it's size.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can light chunk tuna in water
1 1/2 ounces fat-free mayonnaise
4 ounces black beans
6 unsalted rice cakes

Directions:
1. Drain tuna and Black beans.
2. Mix tuna, black beans, and mayo, add any desired spice.
3. I like Italian seasoning, diced dehydrated onion, and garlic powder.
