Lite Deviled Eggs

Same as regular deviled eggs, but much less fat and calories.
Ingredients:
6 (large) eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise, fat free
1 tsp vinegar, balsamic
1 tsp mustard, prepared
Directions:
1. Hard boil eggs.
2. Cut eggs in half and place yolks in food processor bowl. Chop. Add remaining ingredients plus a dash of salt & pepper. Chop to a smooth puree.
3. Place in sandwich bag, cut corner, and pipe into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
