Linguine With Sun Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomato packed in oil (plus 3 t oil from tomatoes)
3 garlic cloves, minced
28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes in puree
1/3 cup heavy cream
9 ounces fresh linguine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat oil from tomatoes. Add garlic and cook over medium heat. Add canned tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer, 5 minutes. Add cream and cook 5 minutes to blend flavors.
3. Meanwhile cook pasta. Drain.
4. Season sauce with pepper and stir in vinegar. Spoon over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
