Linguine Ham And Cheese Toss

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Saute' onions in butter in large skillet until tender. Add flour and stir until well blended. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add half n half, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Add peas and cook over medium heat for two to three minutes.
  4. Add ham and cook until heated.
  5. Remove pan from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Place linguine and sauce in large bowl and toss gently to combine.
  7. Enjoy
