Lindsay's Lighter Meatloaf

A few recipies I combined to come up with a simple and slightly lighter meatloaf.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs, wheat
1 (2 ounce) package lipton onion soup mix
3/4 cup low-sodium tomato sauce
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
3. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-cooking spray.
4. Place ground turkey mixture into laof pan and shape.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until no loger pink in the middle.
