Simple and quick to make- Delish on a salad. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups and will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chives, finely snipped
4 limes, juice and zest of
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together and season to taste.
2. Use immediately or chill for up to 2 weeks.
