Great light summer meal
Ingredients:
2 tbs margarine
1 tsp basil
1 tbs lime juice
1 lb flounder fillets
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a medium fry pan. Stir in basil and lime juice. Coat flounder with mixture. Cook in pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque throughout.
