Lime cake and Cheesecake combined! Fantastic.. you'll get raves! From MasterCook Ingredients:
1 pkg lime cake mix with pudding |
18 1/2-oz package |
1/2 c margarine softened |
3/4 c milk |
2 eggs |
8 oz cream cheese softened |
1/4 c sugar |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tsp lime zest |
1/2 c nuts chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut margarine into cake mix until mixture is crumbly. Set aside 1 cup
2. of crumbs for topping.
3. Add milk and eggs to remaining crumb mixture.
4. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan; set aside.
5. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind; beat
6. until smooth. Drop by teaspoons onto cake batter. Add nuts to
7. reserved crumb mixture, and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350
8. degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
