Lima Bean Soup with Pasta

Delicious-even for those who don't like lima beans! Not too heavy.
Ingredients:
500 grams dry lima beans
2 cups celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
6 cups water
28 ounce diced tomatoes
2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
110 grams whole wheat pasta(approx 1 cup)
Directions:
1. In large pan, cook celery, carrots and onion in oil until soft. Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
2. Add beans and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.
