Lil’s Chocolate Fingers

Another of my mum-in-laws slices.
Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
milk, just enough to bind
1/4-1/2 cup coconut, extra
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients add melted butter and press into a swiss roll or slab tin.
2. Bake 20 mins 180degC (350degF) oven.
3. Make a fairly stiff icing; mix all icing ingredients except coconut and spread whilst hot then sprinkle with coconut.
