Like Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Muffins

This is slightly modified from other versions to use light sour cream.
Ingredients:
5 ounces semisweet chocolate
2 ounces baking chocolate squares
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup light sour cream
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup light karo syrup
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Put 19 muffin cup liners in regular sized muffin pans.
3. In microwave, for 1 minute, melt the first 3 ingredients- semisweet chocolate, baking chocolate and butter.
4. Stir.
5. Microwave a little more if needed.
6. Add sour cream and brown sugar, stir.
7. Add Karo syrup, egg and vanilla and stir.
8. Add flour, soda and salt and stir.
9. Add chocolate chips.
10. Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full.
11. Bake 10-15 minutes.
12. Don't overbake.
