Lightly Lime Pasta Salad

A summery fruit and pasta salad that's super easy, super cheap, and super delicious...can't beat that!
Ingredients:
salad
7 oz uncooked small pasta shells
evoo
kosher salt
11/2 c seedless green grapes
11/2 c cantalope cubes
2 bananas
2 c halved fresh strawberries
dressing
1/2 c sour cream (or lowfat sour cream)
3 t thawed limeade concentrate
1/8 t salt
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in water salted with generous pinches kosher salt and EVOO, until al denta
2. Drain well and rinse pasta with coold water to cool
3. Drain well
4. ** Cut bananas into small bowl and drizzle with juice from the lemon to prevent browning
5. Meanwhile in large bowl mix grapes, canataloupe and bananas
6. In small bowl mix dressing ingredients until well belnded
7. Gently stir cooled cook pasta and dressing into salad
8. Gently stir in strawberries
9. ** I always drain a can of pineapple, packed in it's own juice, and cut any bananas or apples that I am using into that juice. It's works better than lemon to prevent browing, and I take the pineapple in my lunch, etc.
