Lighter Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Modified from a recipe already listed, making these cookies healthier and with less sugar.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
3/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. Combine margarine and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Add egg and sugar until well blended.
3. Add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
4. Mix in rolled oats, wheat germ and flax seeds until well combined.
5. Mix in whole wheat flour.
6. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
7. Flatten with a fork.
8. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
