Lighter Thumbprint Cookies

Lower in fat and calories, yet highly yummy! ;)
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons smart balance light butter spread, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons polaner's raspberry all fruit spread
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and vanilla.
2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
3. Roll into balls and place onto greased cookie sheet. Using the back of a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon sprayed w/ cooking spray press into middle of cookies to form a depression.
4. Fill eash cookie w/ 1/4 tsp fruit spread.
5. Bake 300 degrees for 15 mins or untill lightly browned.
