Lighter Than Light Pesto Sauce - Weight Watcher Friendly

Even though this pesto sauce is light in calories, it does not shy away from a bold taste. This can be made up ahead of time and stored for 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months. I froze mine in ice cube trays in 1 T portions for convience. Weight Watcher friendly at 1 point for 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil leaf, packed
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
1 ounce light cream cheese (28.4g)
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons chicken stock (vegetable stock, or water)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree the ingredients until smooth. If too thick, add another tablespoon of stock.
