Great Tuna Salad with Less Mess and With Less Mayo and No Relish!
Ingredients:
2 cans of albacore tuna in water
3/4 cup large curd cottage cheese (you can use lowfat)
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 tblsp. miracle whip
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine All Ingredients in A Bowl - Mix Well and Eat
2. May Be Eaten By Itself or On Sandwiches.
3. We Like It On A Hearty Thick Cut Grain Bread and Sometimes the Kids Just Eat It with Whole Wheat Crackers!
