A wonderful lower-fat, healthier option to the old Waldorf salad that's even better than the original! A true delight during apple-picking season.
Ingredients:
4 apples, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
10 grapes, halved
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (greek yogurt, like fage 0%)
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon (or nutmeg or allspice)
1/4 cup raisins, if desired
Directions:
1. Dice apples
2. Dice Celery
3. Chop Walnuts
4. Halve grapes
5. Mix ingredients
6. Enjoy!
