Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat milk
6 tablespoons flour
15 sun-dried tomatoes
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes into slivers. Cover with hot water and let sit 15 minutes.
2. Combine flour with enough cold water to form a paste; whisk until smooth and lump-free.
3. Heat milk until almost boiling.
4. Whisk in flour paste, salt, and pepper.
5. Continue whisking until sauce thickens.
6. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
