Light Spinach Dip

Low fat dip for crackers or veggies. I don't know what the servings are so I just put one.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
3 green onions, chopped
1 packet vegetable soup mix
Directions:
1. Drain the spinach and squeeze dry.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
3. Add spinach and mix well.
4. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
