This cloud like frosting is equally at home on top of a cinnamon bun or a cake. Make and enjoy!!!!! Double the cream and use it with Chocolate Wafer Ice Box Cake With Fresh Strawberries. Or add some Bourbon and create another profile. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup heavy cream, cold |
Directions:
1. Beat the cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream to nearly stiff peaks, then add the whipped cream into the cheese mixture and quickly and briefly beat to combine.
3. Do not over beat.
