A yogurt-based ranch dressing that's great as a dip or on salads. Notice that 1 serving is 2 tablespoons, and has only 45 cals!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup yogurt, nonfat
2 tbsp mayonnaise, light
1/4 cup milk, nonfat, fluid
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp chives
Directions:
1. Line a strainer with paper towels, and pour the yogurt in top of the towels. Fold the corners of the towels over the top of the yogurt, put a bowl over it and some weight in the bowl. Let this drain for 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix all the other ingredients together and when yogurt is strained, add it and mix together.
