A light poppyseed loaf, sans lemon.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup splenda granular
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat to 350F, lightly grease 9 by 5 pan.
2. Mix everything, pour, and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
