Light Pasta and Cheese Sauce

This is a lighter, quick and easy version of normal pasta with cheese sauce and tastes just as good.
Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups grated parmesan cheese (could use smoked cheddar or gouda as well)
800 g pasta
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed; drain well.
2. Mix milk, flour and chicken broth in electric mixer.
3. Cook in a pan, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Then add in the cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts.
4. Add the sauce to pasta and serve immediately.
