I'm diabetic and a Weight Watcher so I have to be careful of calories and sugar. I came up with this recipe so that I could fit it into my plan. It counts as 2 milks and only 3 points. Torani makes the sugar free syrup that I use.
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free hot cocoa mix
1 cup hot coffee, strong
1 ounce sugar-free coconut syrup
Directions:
1. Heat milk to hot. Froth, if you like it that way.
2. Dissolve hot chocolate mix in the coffee.
3. Add the syrup and milk.
4. Enjoy.
