An oil free light dressing that goes well with spinach, orange, and red onion salad. From The Diabetes Choice Cookbook for Canadians.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons light salad dressing or 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon orange zest, grated
Directions:
1. Whisk together until combined.
2. Refrigerate until use.
3. Makes 3/4 cup.
