Light Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, broken
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt.
2. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnuts.
3. Serve on lettuce leaf.
