I was really craving bread pudding, but didn't want to spend all the calories (one had 1,000 per serving) on it. Found this one...only 150 calories, and 2 WW points!
Ingredients:
4 slices light bread
2 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup splenda granular
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325*.
2. Put bread in a greased 9 x 9 pan
3. Combine all ingredients and pour over bread.
4. Bake uncovered for one hour.
