Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 tablespoon green onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mash cottage cheese and blue cheese with a fork.
2. Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended.
