Light Banana Bread

I adapted this from Kraft's What's Cooking . To cut calories further it works pretty well without the walnuts, but it is so good with them.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until all is moist and pour into a 9x5 loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
5. Bake 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool in pan about 10 minute place on wire rack to finish cooling.
