PREFECT SALAD AS A SIDE OR MAIN DISH.
Ingredients:
dressing
1/3 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1/3 c cider vinegar
2 tbs oil
salad
6 c finely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c cooked chicken breast
( i use tyson breaded chicken tenders) cooked & diced)
3 green onion, thinly sliced
1 ( 3oz ) pkg ramen noodle soup mix
3 tbs sliced almonds, toasted
2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. 1) IN BLENDER, ADD ALL DREDDING INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL
2. 2) IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CABBAGE, CHICKEN AND ONION: TOSS
3. 3)CRUMBLERAMEN NODDLES, DISGARD SEASONING PACKET. ADD NOODLES, ALMONDS AND SESAME SEEDS TO SLAW MIXTURE. ADD DRESSING. TOSS TO COAT. ENJOY
